Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities + Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. + Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. + Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. + Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget. + Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success. + Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments. Essential Skills + Project management experience + Commercial construction expertise Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s). During the initial 9 months, you will be employed through Actalent Services where you will have access to full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k). After 9 months you will be eligible to transition to the engineering firm as a direct employee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
