Your day as a Construction Project Manager\n

As a Full-Time Construction Project Manager at RQ Construction, LLC, you will play a crucial role in the success of our commercial construction projects. From conceptual development to final completion, you will be deeply involved in organizing, planning, directing, and monitoring various project processes. Leading a large medical and dental center project, you will have the opportunity to oversee specific areas within the project, showcasing your leadership skills, teamwork, and discipline.\n

To excel as a Project Manager (PM) at RQ Construction, LLC, candidates must possess critical skills and qualifications that ensure success in our fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of construction industry experience, including a minimum of one year as a Project Engineer. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of managing large-scale projects and drive them to successful completion.\n

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:\n
\n\nA BA\/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.\nFive or more years of experience or equivalent in commercial project management required.\nSix or more years of equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent) in the construction industry is required. Work experience in the design-build industry is desired.\nProject experience with Medical Facilities is highly preferred \nComputer literacy y (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.\nSpecific software literacy (Primavera 3\/6, Oracle, BIM, Revit\/Autodesk) is preferred.\nCPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred. \nProject management experience with self-performing GC is preferred.\n\n
