Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a sports/construction company. You will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
Requirements Tertiary qualification in Project Management/Construction Management or relevant onsite experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the Sports Facilities/Construction Industry. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans languages. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally. Strong contractual experience with knowledge of JBCC, GCC, NEC contracts. Background in health and safety regulations and implementation. Technical knowledge of sports facilities and construction machinery, including laser level equipment and installation equipment. Proficient in computer literacy. BenefitsSalary negotiable.
