The Project Manager will review plans, specifications, contact potential subcontractors, accurately project the cost of the bid, and prepare bid for submission. Once awarded the project, the Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the project from start to completion by submitting necessary paperwork, contacting subcontractors, implementing project schedules, and identifying how to meet or exceed our deadlines. The Project Manager should have analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Construction.

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
