This is a dynamic role, ideal for a Jack of all trades who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of organization.

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing meetings, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth coordination across the project site. This includes managing the build-out of the office space, overseeing furnishing and utilities, and making travel arrangements for out-of-state and international personnel. The role will also involve invoice and document reviews, supporting the project manager, and maintaining detailed documentation for the site. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in an applicable field and the ability to offer hands-on support for any tasks the site may require.

Key Responsibilities: Organize and schedule meetings and provide administrative support for both construction and office-related tasks. Coordinate the build-out of office space, including furnishing, utilities setup, and other logistical needs. Arrange travel accommodations for out-of-state and international staff, ensuring seamless coordination for all personnel. Provide hands-on support for a wide variety of tasks around the site, acting as a go-to resource for any administrative or operational needs. Handle invoice and document reviews, ensuring that paperwork and documentation are accurately maintained and organized. Manage and maintain the organization of site documentation, ensuring that all files, paperwork, and records are easily accessible. Juggle multiple responsibilities across construction and office administration to ensure the project’s smooth operation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a similar discipline. 10+ years experience in office administration, project coordination, or a related role in a construction or project environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain clear documentation. Proficiency with invoice and document review processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage logistics and provide hands-on support where needed. A proactive, "can-do" attitude, comfortable handling various responsibilities as they arise.
