We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Construction Operations Analyst for a new and exciting role on our team! This person will work closely with project development and operations to understand data required to ensure successful project outcomes. They will also use historic data to inform more accurate preconstruction project planning on new projects, and help establish & track KPIs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights from raw data and present them in a clear and actionable format.

This person will work closely with projects teams to pull, analyze, and present data related to construction projects, i.e. historic data and time spent on certain tasks.Convert data to dollars spent to identify opportunities for reduction in cost and increase time efficiency.Work closely with our operational excellence teams to report on project health, and analyze trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and inventory planning needs.Determine areas for improvement or risk.Present and provide actionable insights to leadership teams and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of construction industry experienceExperience with data analytics; able to build dashboards and mine data across all of our technology including CMIC, Procore, and P6. Experience with some or all of these systems.Estimating experience or understanding of estimating basics is a plus.Bachelor’s degreeIntellectually curious, a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
