Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities
Construction Manager will be responsible for verifying that the contractor completes the work per the specifications and drawings. Construction Management duties are not limited to but will include verification of construction, change orders and schedule management.
Required Education/ExperienceThis position is a field position and extensive travel will be required. Successful candidate will have 10 or more years of active field experience, computer skills (to properly fill out daily and weekly reports) and also be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Minimum 15 years Distribution ExperienceMinimum 5 years Supervisory Experience Desired Education/ExperienceKnowledge of Distribution Construction work, foundations, bus work, equipment setting, installation and all aspects of Distribution facilities, are all strongly preferred.
