Construction Manager
Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various capital expenditure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Construction Manager **Location:** Hartwell, GA This is an overnight shift, Monday-Friday, 6pm-4am each day **What's the Job?** + Manage financial, safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators, redirecting any deviations to the Project Engineering Manager. + Coordinate and oversee all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. + Prepare and maintain project-specific documentation, including EWO and CO documentation. + Conduct weekly planning meetings to determine access times for construction activities. + Provide daily and weekly reports to the Project Engineering Manager, highlighting any critical issues affecting the project. **What's Needed?** + Experience managing projects through all phases of construction. + Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA, or similar. + OSHA 30 certification and CPR training. + Minimum of 3 years of experience with software applications: MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and BIM360. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead significant capital projects and make a tangible impact. + Collaborative work environment with a focus on safety and quality. + Professional growth and development opportunities within a dynamic team. + Engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders, enhancing your project management skills. + Be part of a company that values innovation and excellence in construction.
