Overview
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client’s team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from conception to completion Create and manage project schedules and budgets Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done correctly and on schedule Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholderRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent project management and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software and tools Valid driver’s licenseContact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
