Construction Manager
Overview

Hire Resolve has partnered with a prominent construction company and is currently seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Pretoria.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities Manage all phases of the construction process, from planning to completion Prepare project schedules and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders Oversee quality control and inspections Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field SACPCMP registered as Construction manager Experience working on road projects Benefits
