담당업무는:

수주를 위한 기술적 영업 지원:

D&B/GC 입찰 관련, 필요시 현장 설명회 및 현장 방문D&B/GC제안서 제출을 위한 공사관련 문서 작성 및 Update (프로젝트 공정표, 시공계획서 등)필요시 신규 현장 관련 고객사 미팅 및 기존 고객사와의 미팅 참석을 통한 기술적 업무 지원필요시 소액 현장 및 기존 현장 minor 개보수 작업을 위한 견적서 작성

현장 직원 및 인원 관리

JLL 규정 및 프로그램을 통한 팀원 및 현장 Resource관리현장에서 상주하며 정기적 현장 직원 근태, 공사 일보, 안전 관리 및 목표 실행 현황 확인 및 보고

JLL 플랫폼 숙지 및 내부 규정 준수

해당 공사 팀원의 JLL 프로그램 사용 준수 및 데이터 관리를 할 수 있도록 관리 및 지휘해당 공사 팀원 및 협력업체에 JLL 윤리규정 교육 및 준수JLL 안전 방침에 따라 해당 현장의 안전지침 준수 및 관리

현장 공정 관리 및 공사 품질 관리

해당 현장 별 주간 공정표 작성 및 검토, 리스크 / 보완 사항 지시 및 확인견적 제출 내역 기준으로 현장 검토 및 건물 MEP / 공사 시설팀과의 사전 미팅을 통한 현장 상황 / 리스크 파악 및 대응 방안 수립 관리고객사 미팅 및 이메일 교신에 참여 기술적 협의 및 지원 (인테리어 뿐 아니라 전기, 설비 ,AV , 통신 등 포함)해당 현장 별 외주품의서 검토 및 상신디자인 팀과(내.외부설계)의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 통한 품질 확보착공 서류 검토 및 착공 관련 고객사 미팅 참여 혹은 관리착공전, 사이트 컨디션 및 준공후 체크리스트 관리프로젝트 정기 주간 회의 참석준공현장 검수 및 준공서류 , 프로젝트 종료 확인

협력업체 및 Cost 관리

하도업체 정산 진행. 월별 기성 관리대갑 정산 진행(추가.변경 내역서 작성)해당 현장별 직영 인건비 취합 및 상신협력사 기성 및 대갑 기성 관리노무비, 현장 경비 등 예산 월품의 상신

지원 자격은 :

5 년 이상의 관련 시공 및 시공 관리 경험 소유자D&B 프로젝트 전반에 걸친 과정에 대해 폭넓은 이해과 지식을 소유하신 분프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자 선호건설 기술인 협회 (중급 회원 이상) 보유자 선호건축 안전기사 자격증 보유자 선호타 부서와의 원만한 커뮤니케이션 능력 선호강력한 직업 윤리를 가지고, 관리/지시없이 독자적으로 업무수행이 가능한 전문가.업무 변화 및 변수에 긍정적으로 대응하는 능력 선호
