Local Restoration Company is looking for Mitigation Labor to start as soon as possible! Looking for candidates who are looking for a career in the construction field. A LOT of room for advancement with great benefits!

Pay-  $18-$20 per Hour

Shift-  7am-4pm (end time could vary based on job)

3 most important things client needs this person to have-Flexibility to work overtime, reliable, comfortable working in a dirty environment

Job Duties:
• Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial property
• Work independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold or other disasters
• Set and monitor drying equipment
• Complete contained demolition to remove affected materials
• Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machines
• Complete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfaces
• Document work notes and upload pictures in project management software system

Qualifications:
• Ideally One year experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferred
• IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority consideration
• Energetic, reliable and positive team members who are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Smartphone/tablet user
• Ability to perform labor intensive work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
• Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after normal work hours
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Pre-employment background and drug screening
• Authorization to work in the United States
