Job Title: Construction Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector with a background in the geotechnical field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector license and will be involved in commercial building projects, including high-rise buildings and tilt-up constructions in the Denver Metro area.

ResponsibilitiesConduct concrete testing and inspections on commercial building projects.Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and testing results.Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address any issues or discrepancies.Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and tests conducted.Essential SkillsExperience in the geotechnical field.ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector license.ACI certification.Valid Driver's License.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Candidates will be required to work outside. Work hours can vary from 8 to 12 hours per day (45-50 hours per week), depending on weather conditions. If it rains, work will be halted for the day. The role involves hands-on work in various construction settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
