Gannett Fleming is seeking a Concrete Construction Inspector to join our team for upcoming projects in Hopkinton, MA and the surrounding area. In this position, you will report to construction sites, ensuring that contractors' work adheres to contract requirements.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Prepare Daily ReportsPrepare Project Progress ReportsMonitor Quality Control TestingMeasure QuantitiesMonitor Contractor SchedulesPrepare Payment Applications and Change OrdersMaintain Project Filing SystemAssist with Constructability ReviewsResolve Technical issues in the fieldEducation | Experience:What you will bring to our firm:
High School DegreeACI Field Testing Certification Preferred0-4 years experienceProficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)OSHA Safety TrainingGood communication skillsMust possess a driver’s license to fulfill the essential functions of the positionWhat we prefer you bring:Soils and/or paving certificationsCompensation:The range for this position is salary range is $41,000 - $62,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
