Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Construction General Laborer to join our team. The position requires working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with guaranteed work hours ranging from 3 to 8 hours daily. Your main tasks will include loading, unloading, and preparing tools or materials for the crew, ensuring the site is clean and free from hazardous materials, and assisting tradespeople with various tasks.
ResponsibilitiesLoad, unload, and prepare any tools or materials used to complete the build.Remove any trash, debris, or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins.Work with your crew through all stages of the project to ensure the job is done efficiently.Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed with plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trade work.Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, general labor, janitorial, or carpentry.Mechanically inclined.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny janitorial experience is a plus.No formal education required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work on construction sites, following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. The work hours are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed work hours ranging from 3 to 8 hours daily.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
