Seeking all levels of Construction Foreman and Construction Management experience! We have multiple needs across different skillsets. Our most pressing is within Civil Sitework but have opportunities within Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry trades!

For the Sitework Forman/Superintendent, they must be experts in the use of Front End Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, and Motor Graders! Also interested in Journeymen and Skilled Trade Construction Management as well!

Responsibilities:

Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive managerTrack production and complete paperwork dailyRun a clean and tidy job siteLead by example and teach a crew along the wayRelay production goals to crew and hold them accountable to meet themWork closely with Site SuperintendentFollow company policy and procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of Foreman experience managing heavy equipment operating crewAbility to run multiple pieces of equipment (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader) at the highest levelGPS (Trimble/TopCon) working experience.
