CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Construction Estimator to support Sales Representatives in Atlanta, GA.  CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees.

 

Job Summary:

Create quotes/proposals/scopes of work using STACK estimating software for multiple Project ManagersWork closely with Project Managers and Operations Team in designing and creating accurate, profitable quotes/proposalsPerform project take-offs from architect/construction spec drawingsPrepare project submittals for specified contract projects

 

Candidate Requirements: 

Understanding of new construction and specification driven bidding processesAbility to read/interpret architectural drawings and perform project take offsAbility to compile and prepare project submittalsComputer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)General Construction, Roofing knowledgeKnowledge of estimating/quoting programs Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feetOrganizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills
