Project/Construction Engineer
Engineering or Construction Management degree required.2 to 5 years of experience in construction projects.Experience in industrial/municipal projects (over $5 million) required. OSHA 10 certification.Proficient in using the following software packages: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project.Proficient in performing the following tasks:Field productivity and cost tracking, including comparison to budget.Field layout for upcoming work (support Foremen and Project Superintendent)QA/QC of work performed by field crews.Development of work packages, including sequence of work, materials and equipment needed, associated budgets, etc.Purchase materials/tools needed to perform the work.Assist Project Superintendent with office-related tasks.Subcontractors’ management and scheduling.Assist PM with project schedule updates.Assist PM with project cost reporting.Develop project submittals (product data, quality control plans, field procedures, shop drawings, etc.) in accordance with project plans and specifications.Experience with the following software is preferred, but not required: Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Compensation: Competitive compensation includes a year-end profit-sharing bonus based on company performance and additional straight-time pay for billable hours over 40 hours per week. Employees are paid biweekly.
Dental/Vision Insurance: We partner with Delta Dental and EyeMed to offer comprehensive dental and vision insurance plans with three levels of coverage. Monthly premiums vary by coverage level.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA): Employees can contribute pre-tax funds to FSAs and HSAs for medical expenses, with specific options available depending on the chosen medical plan.
401(k) with Company Match: The 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan allows employees to save for their future through payroll deductions, with a 50% company match on the first eight percent of wages after six months of employment. Funds are vested after three years.
