Functions in our group include safety, project field management, construction management, quality control, start up and decommissioning and field engineering.
The Construction Coordinator assists with the entire process of discipline specific CWPs (Construction Work Packages) and IWPs (Installation Work Packages) including development, implementation, and tracking of progress. May independently produce discipline specific CWP/IWPs for basic projects.

Key Responsibilities . Supports planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all CWPs and IWPs for the scope of work; may be responsible for planning, developing, issuing and progress tracking of all CWPs and IWPs for basic projects . May participate and contribute in integrated planning sessions associated with IWPs . Supports production of discipline specific IWPs and may produce discipline specific IWPs for basic projects . May produce documentation to support "buy in" of superintendents and/or general foreman . May support verifying engineered quantities and coordinate Construction Contractor/craft commodity curves and Project Controls . Assist in research for problems or issues resolution related to design information, schedule, material deliveries, change management, safety, and quality . May assist the responsible Field Engineer in the interpretation of Requests for Information (RFI) and manage the documentation flow Interfaces with the Discipline Field Engineer to provide constructible responses . Supports development of material takeoff / bill of material for CWPs and IWPs . May Compile IWP turnover information returned from the field . Supports Verifying commodities installed and work completion status weekly (at a minimum) . Assists Discipline Superintendent in reviewing craft timesheets/charge codes . Maintains a daily log for site records . Supports commercial recovery process . Actively promote the safety culture . Interface with Superintendent, general foreman, foreman, craft personnel, and vendor representatives . Individual contributor with no subordinates Minimum Qualifications Some construction experience required. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 4 year degree preferred Preferred Skills: .
