Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Construction Administrator to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities Coordinate Construction Administration documentation between the Project Architect / Project Manager, General Contractor, and the ConsultantsReceive RFIs, Submittals, and other CA documents from Contractor via NewformaMaintain related project file foldersSend & receive documents to/from Consultants through NewformaTrack status of document responsesPrompt Consultants and Project Team for responses, as neededCompile documents within Bluebeam RevuClose out RFIs and Submittals in Newforma, when promptedMaintain contact list within NewformaFamiliarize with Division 1 specificationsTrack Change Orders and other related documentsAttend reoccurring Project CA meetingsWork closely with Project Architect and/or Project ManagerAssemble and file Punch List reportsReceive and process physical Submittals and samplesMaintain current composite sets of drawings and manage document control  Qualifications Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferredMust have strong organizational skillsMust display good interpersonal skillsMust have ability to multi-task and manage multiple Projects through to completion4-year degree (Bachelor equivalent)Experience with Newforma preferred Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
