Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic team where you will completely assemble high-efficiency transformers from scratch. Contribute to reducing electric waste by working with a company that manufactures power distribution solutions. Your work will include attaching components, submerging units in varnish baths, and TIG welding.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble transformers from scratch.Attach copper and aluminum brackets.Attach larger electrical cables to the units.Submerge units in varnish baths for waterproofing.Perform TIG welding of components.Essential Skills1 year experience using hand and power tools.Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently.Experience working in small teams.Willingness to learn TIG welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with TIG welding, especially aluminum.Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work Monday to Friday in a small warehouse specifically rented for this project. The day shift runs from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and the afternoon shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am with an additional premium pay rate. The facility is clean and well-organized, providing a conducive environment for efficient work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BRAMPTON, Ontario.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
