Description:Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control (MFC) business, a leading provider and pioneer for exceptional weapons systems, sensors, and services is experiencing growth and is seeking a Sr. Software Configuration Analyst to join their team in sunny Orlando, FL.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Configuration Status Accounting Analyst you will impact everything from Status Accounting Activities to participation in Change Board meetings.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Perform Configuration Status Accounting using appropriate tools and inspections to verify all serialization and configuration requirements have been fulfilled to close logbooks upon hardware completion.
-Conduct Status Accounting activities to monitor the relationship between the engineering design of the product and the actual hardware or software during the manufacturing build process.
-Ensure hardware is built to current engineering configuration.
-Verify all serialization requirements have been fulfilled prior to shipment.
-Prepare serial/lot record sheets and input into the central database.
-Maintain serial/lot identification records for each serially controlled item.
-Input engineering changes into the central database.
-Facilitate coordinated efforts of Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality organizations.
-Ensure timely incorporation and proper documentation of engineering changes.
-Act as liaison concerning as-built configurations and serialization.
-Participate in Configuration Change Board meetings and will help review and analyze engineering change data
-Track open items to ensure completion of change implementation activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance with 5-year background investigation.
- Experience using product lifecycle management tools or systems, and manufacturing resource planning tools or systems.
- Understanding of Engineering Change Board or Configuration Control Board (CCB) processes including change implementation activities.
- Experience in reading engineering drawings, parts lists (bills of material), and other configuration documentation.
- Ability to interface and interact across multiple program disciplines and cross functional teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Configuration Management of hardware/software.
- Experience reviewing or auditing manufacturing build records.
- Experience with serialization of hardware and Item Unique Identification industry standards.
- Knowledge of and experience with logistics, sustainment, or depot repair maintenance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
