About the role:

The Conference Service Executive serves as the primary liaison for event organizers and confirmed group bookings. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of conferences, social gatherings, incentive programs, and entertainment events while guiding meeting planners through the planning process. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless event execution and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll do:

Finalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential through up selling and ensuring effective communication both written and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event.Negotiate with clients through the use of creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals.Providing support to group managers with event inquiries as needed.Act as the liaison between the client and the hotel for all of the client needs.Conducts site inspections to make planners of meetings, incentives and social events familiar with the property and to maximize booking opportunities.Supervise the execution of banquet events and work closely with banquet manager.

What You’ll Bring:

College degree preferredAt least 2 years in hotel sales/operationsFluent in English and Czech (spoken & written); other languages are a plusStrong organization, communication, and sales skills; great attention to detailAdvanced MS Office skills; Amadeus Advance & Opera PMS knowledge is a plusWilling to work varied hours and take on different tasks as neededStrong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, creativity, basic knowledge of A/V equipment & internet technology, and a high level of integrity

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic.

This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
