Join our award-winning Conference and Events department as a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager is responsible for managing all Conference and Events operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimising sales and ensuring department targets are met.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nManage all Conference and Events floor operations\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement\nAware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Conference and Banquet\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nStrong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector\nDegree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent\nRecord of success in Conference and Events, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty\nExceptional communication skills\nExceptional leadership skills to create a winning team\n\n\n
