RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Conduct of Operations personnel ensure that the nuclear power reactor plants' operations are in compliance with design and licensing bases. They evaluate operator actions and ensure adherence to safety protocols. In the role of Conduct of Operations, individuals oversee the operation of nuclear power reactor plants, with a primary focus on ensuring adherence to design and licensing bases. This includes evaluating operator actions for consistency with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of operational procedures, and actions, and promptly identifying areas for improvement.
