About the role
The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Concierge Department, overseeing a team of Concierge and Core Agents to enhance the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do
Provide support to the Concierge Assistant Manager and Front Office ManagerAssist with leading and supervising a team of Concierge and Core AgentsCoordinate pre-arrival with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following up on special requests, handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.Follow up with guest’s during their stay to ascertain satisfaction and respond accordingly.Handle multiple phone lines.Make meaningful and insightful recommendations that will enhance the guest experience and customized to their needs and preferences.Support Front Office team as necessaryWhat you bring
Two to three years’ previous experience in Guest Services roles; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotel is considered an asset Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:
