**Field Representative II, Concierge Hospitality**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Executive Hospitality Specialist to support executive-level clients and teams within a corporate office setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food and service industry with a keen understanding of hospitality, events, and meeting services. You will be an integral part of a team focused on providing a seamless, luxurious experience for our clients, ranging from conference room setups to VIP events and personalized service.
In this role, you will manage various tasks, from coordinating sophisticated meetings and event setups to addressing the travel, transportation, dining, and hotel needs of our clients. Your ability to anticipate needs, provide exceptional service, and maintain a polished and professional demeanor will ensure our clients and their guests experience unparalleled support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client-Focused Hospitality & Concierge Services:**
+ Anticipate and fulfill executive clients' needs, including personal requests for travel arrangements, transportation, hotel accommodations, dining, shopping, and package handling.
+ Provide high-level concierge services to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of both clients and guests.
+ Coordinate seamless event execution for meetings, banquets, VIP parties, and company functions.
+ Maintain a discreet, professional, and service-first attitude when interacting with clients and guests.
**Event & Meeting Coordination:**
+ Manage event coordination from start to finish, including conference room setups and breakdowns per detailed client specifications.
+ Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring all requirements are met with precision and quality.
+ Set up and break down all conference room furniture (tables, chairs, podiums) and any equipment needed (flip charts, whiteboards, audiovisuals, etc.).
+ Provide service for catered events, including managing food and beverage service throughout meetings and events.
+ Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in meeting rooms, break areas, kitchens, and pantries.
**Operational Excellence & Attention to Detail:**
+ Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked inventory of food, beverages, and office supplies to meet the needs of clients.
+ Supervise kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance, including coffee machines, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
+ Perform regular conference room "sweeps" to ensure rooms are tidy and fully equipped before, during, and after events.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care and efficiency.
**Team Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all functions and events.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event requests are communicated accurately and executed on time.
+ Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met.
**Additional Support Duties:**
+ Handle general clerical, reception, and administrative support as required (e.g., distributing office supplies, email, and mail).
+ Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office areas, including trash removal, dusting, and light housekeeping duties in kitchens and meeting spaces.
**Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications):**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 1-3 years of experience in the field or a related area required.
+ Experience working in a headquarters environment preferred.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Outstanding organization and coordination skills.
+ Demonstrated customer service skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
+ Good problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to use audio-visual equipment.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
**Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands:**
+ Typically an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
+ Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions. Prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.
+ Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects typically weighing less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts).
+ Moderate dexterity required for regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
