Position Objective The primary responsibility of the Concierge is to ensure that resident and guest needs are provided for with exemplary customer service in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Performance Expectation
1. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service for Harvest Hill residents, their guests and other visitors.
2. Responsible for screening staff and visitors to Harvest Hill which may include distributing face coverings, taking temperatures and asking screening questions.
3. Answers internal and external phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Overall management of the lobby and other common areas.
5. Oversees mail, newspaper and package deliveries.
6. Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and marketing materials.
7. Records and logs all comments and complaints and reviews all issues with the Administrator on a daily basis.
8. Provides administrative support to Administrator on an as-needed basis. May be asked to support/assist other Harvest Hill departments on an as-needed basis.
9. Other duties as assigned.
