ASM Global the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent opening for a Concierge for the Premium Services Department at Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
Concierges are responsible for providing top-level customer service to all Premium Services Clients and Premium Members. Concierges must be professional; team focused and have a positive attitude. Concierges will work under the guidance of the Premium Services team. Essential Duties
• Assist with training, development of all Premium Services staff, encouraging continuous personal development and ensure high levels of team morale to ensure that a friendly, welcoming, and consistently excellent standard of customer service is offered at all times.
•Assists in the execution of the overall guest experience
•Meets and greets of all Premium Services clients
•Assists current members and new guests with customer service related inquiries
•Provides information about local features in the Coliseo, such as: food services, ATM’s, bathrooms, merchandising, first aid, emergency exits, relocations, etc.
•Picks up and deliver items, or run errands for guests
•Escorts clients to suites, party suites, Sky Lounge, club seats and other VIP areas.
•Maintains confidentiality of all clients’ information, activities and situations.
•Handles tickets and correct distribution at VIP will-call and or VIP entrance.
•Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to clients’ needs, responds to requests for service and assistance.
•Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning location of corporate suites, seating (club seats) and other locations.
•Files various records and reports. Performs related clerical work as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• High School Degree required and Associate’s Degree or higher desirable.
• Or 1-year related experience and/or training
• Customer service background preferred Skills and Abilities
• Good communications skills. Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Good customer service skills and sense of public relations
• Must have professional attitude and appearance
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed Computer Skills
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
