Rosewood Bangkok is looking for a Concierge. The Concierge provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and courteously and efficiently coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services. Escorts VIPs to assigned guestrooms, informing guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. Attends to VIPs' immediate needs upon arrival and follows through throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotelKnowledge of local restaurants, museums, and attractionsExceptional communication skills
