Job Summary

Summary:   To assist the Concessions Managers and ADO-Concessions in overseeing the beverage operation for the bars, markets and concession stands. The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the beverage program and ensuring the operation adheres to levy core standards and local authority standards. This includes but not limited to creating menus, plan-o-grams, ordering, stocking and complying with beverage audit sheets/yields. The Beverage Supervisor also enforces and ensures quality and presentation of all beverage items, ingredients and preparation methods as well as being knowledgeable of all beverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Coordinate and develop with the management team cocktails, menu builds and future planning sessions for bars, markets and concession stands. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Minimum of one year leadership experience.
