About the role:

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer for our Customer Experience product line at Concentrix Global Product Organization (GPO).

Core Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience to perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, and DesktopAble to build different test scenarios, acceptance tests & defect management.Able handle technical communications with Partners to understand client’s systems or APIs.Work with developers to integrate automated tests with end-to-end build and test environment.Good at monitoring the application using opensource/License tools.Understanding of various automation frameworks for UI, Mobile, REST Services along with the integration with a CI/CD execution platform.Analyse bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools.Work closely with product engineering teams to own and evaluate Test automation measurement and analysis.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as product management, product architects, and others to develop the right set of Test Automation plans for the group and standardizing the same.Understanding the fundamentals of GenAI & leveraging its capabilities in test design and automation. This includes mastering various prompting techniques that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your testing processes.

 

Ideal candidate will possess:

3+ years of software functional testing experience in Agile Testing, Manual and Automation Testing.3+ years’ experience in scripting using Java, JavaScript, selenium, cucumber, rest assured, TDD/ BDD frameworks is MUST.Hands-on experience in Playwright would be added advantage.Hands-on experience in API testing with Postman, Junit, TestNG, Gradle, Gitlab, VS code tools.Java/Javascript/Python certification would be an added advantage.Experienced with Agile Software Development methodologies like Scrum and XP practices is mandatory & Scaled Agile Framework familiarity is desired.should have knowledge about various test methods (white box testing, grey box testing) & tools JIRA, Xray, HP-ALM.Creative, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.Basics of GenAI, prompting techniques to utilize GenAI capabilities in test design & test automation.Bachelor or Master engineering degree in Computer Science or related.
