The purpose of this position is to assist clients with technical issues repair computers and computer equipment and assist with all computer related issues and represent the company in an upstanding manner
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions
Achieving Technical Labour Targets
Assisting Clients on the floor via email and telephonically including quotes and sales
Perform technical work on client equipment as per company requirements
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding technical work done
Building the client database
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Matric
A
N
Other IT qualifications will be beneficial
Drivers License would be beneficial
Technical / Computer related working background would be beneficial
Computer literate on
All Windows operating systems
Able to repair and work on all types of computer equipment and components
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of FINCON would be beneficial
Key Competencies
Ability to work retail hours weekends & public holidays
Ability to work on and understand computers and computer equipment
Ability to communicate effectively personally telephonically & electronically
Able to work well under pressure
Strong customer focus and service delivery
Selfmotivated to make labour targets
Team player
Be willing to assist in other departments and branches
May be required to do call outs
Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience
