Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support and manage hardware/software issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1 year or more IT technical experience or recent college grad
Experience with hardware/new user setup, break fix for hardware/software
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, intranet, and internet functions
Knowledge of computer security policies
Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience (High School or secondary diploma or equivalent)
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
Job Responsibilities:
Provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support
Image computers, replace printer toner, dispose of outdated assets, resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
Set up laptops for remote workers
Participate in weekend On-Call rotation
Onsite role - Local/Regional candidates only
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
