ASRC Federal System Solutions supports the FAA NAS ESS (Federal Aviation Administration National Airspace System Engineering Support Services) contract. Join our growing team as an Engineer {Computer/Electrical/Electronics) in support of the FAA’s Air/Ground Communication Engineering Team.

 

Responsibilities:

Debug and conduct testing on complex systems, including both hardware and software. Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct testing of equipment and services. Generate documentation for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment and services. Review and provide feedback on program-related documents. Provide engineering consultations, investigations and documentation of findings (i.e.-white papers, engineering study reports) Develop briefings and presentations. Create HDR/PTR/DOC data (Hardware Discrepancy Report/Program Trouble Report/Documentation update) Research, design, development, testing, evaluation and maintenance of integrated computer hardware and  software systems in a highly secure industrial control system environment. Provide support utilizing languages such as LabVIEW, C, C++, Python and shell script. Flexibility between hardware and software projects Prepare documents, give presentations, or briefings as needed. Complete deliverables in a timely manner Ability to learn, adapt, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow technical documents and provide redlines. Available to travel as needed. Participate in and contribute to the existing mentoring program.
