Responsible for Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
The team is dedicated to dynamic simulations of compressor systems. The team provides consultancy to our customers in analysis of their installations containing compression trains. Advanced simulation tools and developed in house to simulate real compressors and control systems.
As a Compressor Systems Operability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Engineering for integration of compressors in gas technology applications. Including dynamics and process calculations, establishing flow charts, implementing gas compressors. This should also include flow diagrams, operational concepts, performance guarantees, material balances, equipment sizing, P&IDs.Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Engineering/Technology).Have good oral and written communication skills.Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to work independently.Have good problem solving skills.Work in a way that works for you
