**Job Title: Compounder** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Compounders. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of products for the filling machines. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. **Responsibilities** + Measure and mix materials to create batches of products + Operate filling machines + Ensure compliance with GMP standards + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Perform regular sanitation of equipment + Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues **Essential Skills** + Experience with GMP standards + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently **Work Environment** This position is in a very clean, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment that is climate controlled. The facility hosts over 200 employees, so candidates must be comfortable working in a larger team setting. Shifts available include 1st (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), 3rd (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), and weekend shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Groveport, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00/yr. Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2.
