May substitute equivalent engineering experience in lieu of education. + Familiarity and experience with sourcing issues for electronic and mechanical components + Experience with BOM obsolescence analysis tools + Complete understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory; experience demonstrating a broad application of those concepts + Strong communication, computer, documentation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team + Experience in a hardware manufacturing environment, supporting, and sustaining manufacturing engineering + Able to work extended hours as requested + Able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at or above the Secret level is required.
