What do we expect you to bring?

Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university in Faculty of Law or Economics and Administrative Sciences, At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, data protection, or legal departments of financial institutions such as insurance companies, banks, etc., Profession on KVKK, GDPR, and emerging artificial intelligence regulations and operations, Excellent problem-solving and outstanding verbal/written communication skills, Advanced proficiency and communication skills in English and Turkish, Ability to multitask productively and work both independently and in collaboration, Preferably holding one of the following certifications: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or other relevant certifications.

How can you make an impact?

Implementing the Data Protection compliance program, Advising business units on the data protection program and developing training and awareness programs, Consulting activities, predicting and managing data protection risks, Managing the compliance process for international and national artificial intelligence regulations and ensuring the implementation of artificial intelligence governance processes, Coordination and interaction with KVKK (preparing official documents, audit coordination, etc.), Coordinating with Allianz Group's relevant departments on Group regulations, projects, etc.
