Job DescriptionPCG is seeking an experienced Compliance Support Specialist for its Legal Department operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Complete pre-qualification documentation; both paper and electronicOversee assigned compliance requirementsHandling document retention; both paper and electronicSupporting daily tasks of Compliance Support Specialist(s) Working closely with and supporting multiple branch locations through open communication and collaborationManagement of Clearinghouse sitesGathering and updating supporting documentationRequirements
Basic Requirements:
2 years of professional experience in a relevant roleMinimum 2 years of office experienceAbility to work under pressure and to multi-taskProficient with Microsoft Office productsGreat written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate well with all levels of employees within the companyTakes initiative and is a self-starterGreat attention to detailCan think outside the box to problem solve and trouble shootAims to exceed expectations and improve every dayAbility to work well interdepartmentallyPreferred Requirements:
Construction industry experienceExperience in management of clearinghouse sites – ISNetWorld, Avetta, Textura is preferredExperience with Adobe or BluebeamLocal to the Kansas City Metro AreaThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
