Compliance Support Analyst

The Compliance Analyst is a support role for evaluating content for distribution and analyzing data from Divisional Resources for trends, benchmarking, improvement and training opportunities. This position will support the coordination of the Division’s daily operations and periodic training programs for the following departments: Regulatory Compliance, Project Management, and Supply Chain. Duties will include revising, analyzing, organizing, maintaining, and reporting of information within the Division in preparation for regulatory compliance Survey Readiness. The person in this role will plan, coordinate, and support quality management and improvement programs for the Division. This position will support the coordination of all Divisional business meetings, on-site reviews, surveys, regulatory training, and other divisional requirements as needed. This position will be located at Medxcel Central Office- Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities Review all written content provided by the department for accuracy and improvements. Manage and analyze department data for trends, benchmarking, improvement, and training opportunities. Manage and update The Joint Commission survey schedules. Prepare post survey analysis for all Medxcel facilities Prepare, track, and report on metrics and measurements. Provide project coordination and management support to the Compliance Department. Support a team of subject matter experts in Regulatory Compliance and operations support. Assists with improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state and local regulations by supporting the company’s internal Quality Review system. Ensures timely reporting, collection, and posting of necessary documentation. Participates in multidisciplinary meetings, committees, and projects addressing issues related to Compliance Program educational initiatives, implementation of new services/systems, and performance measures. Coordinates project scope, communicates status, and progress. Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support. Works on special projects as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration with emphasis in Business, Health Care Management, Analytics (or equivalent experience 3 years with no degree)- required. MBA or graduate degree-preferred. Experience: Experience working with Corporate Support Teams in Healthcare Environment is preferred- required. Knolwedge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience reading and revising content to correct errors, improve flow, and simplify. Familiarity with Facility and Compliance Operating Programs Must be able to analyze and interpret statistical data. Knowledge of the Joint Commission's Physical Environment Standards and Elements of Performance. Ability to perform postmortem analysis with reports for Medxcel Executive and Facilities Compliance Teams. Position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyses information skillfully. Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment. Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience. Ability to adapt – the individual will need to adapt quickly to changes in scope or direction and be flexible to adopting changes quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) required. Ability to establish and manage relationships. #MFMCORP
