The opportunity

We are looking to recruit a Compliance & Onboarding Executive to support our business in Malta. This exciting opportunity is for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in Compliance and administration who wishes to join a fast-paced professional environment.

You’ll be supporting our business assisting with various administrative tasks. This will mean working hand-in-hand with professionals and playing an integral part in the success of our organisation.

 

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a range of support services including but not limited to:

Provide secretarial and administrative support Providing assistance with client acceptance onboarding and compliance Ongoing billing of clients and any necessary follow up Working on EY systems to set up and manage clients Carrying out any required secretarial duties as delegated by management.

What are we looking for?

 

2 years’ experience in a similar role The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of KYC & Client onboarding rules The ability to read, speak and write effectively in English IT literate with touch typing skills Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools Problem solving approach An analytical mind-set and a hard-working attitude Reliability and trustworthiness The desire to work as part of a team
