To ensure there is implementation of the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with business ensure conformance and adherence with regulations and delivers through a team of Compliance resources/specialists.

Ensure adherence of organisation policies and procedures, especially regulatory and ethical standards.

Perform regular audits, design control systems and help to design and implement company policies.

Proven ability to lead and drive compliance initiatives.Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, with the ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements effectivelyDemonstrate the ability to perform under pressure and manage high-stakes compliance mattersExperience in enhancing and advancing the compliance profile.Capability to establish, monitor, and drive compliance key risk indicatorsCritical thinking skills with a strategic and analytical approach to problem solvingPassion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve compliance functionsExceptional conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically

Qualification

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degreePostgraduate Diploma in a relevant fieldCertificate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Certificate in Anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS)Job Details
