This role is to lead the EMEA and APAC Compliance function, overseeing regulatory adherence, risk management, and ethical data practices for Reorg across the EMEA and APAC regions. It will be responsible for Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures and training in alignment with global directives while addressing regional nuances. It will serve as the senior compliance advisor and point of contact for regional leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of UK, EU and APAC regulations affecting Reorg products,
services, and operations; monitor for changes. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify control gaps; remediate issues. Craft localized systems, policies, controls and playbooks aligned with global standards that enable product expansion across diverse regulatory environments. Partner with global Compliance leadership and other Compliance resources to ensure consistency in approach and share best practices across regions.

Required Experience:

10+ years compliance experience Prior role managing multifaceted regional/international compliance programs Experience handling information barriers within a
public and private environment

Preferred Experience 

Experience in data/information services and financial sector Prior experience with tech products and privacy
