Compliance Coordinator
Position Summary Under general direction from the Compliance Manager, assists in the process of implementing and maintaining the casino Anti-money Laundering Program (AML) and Title 31 Internal Procedures and Controls to ensure compliance with applicable tribal, federal and state gaming regulations for the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE) properties. Maintains strict confidentiality of privileged information. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field plus three (3) years’ experience in audit, gaming regulatory compliance, and risk management, or HS Diploma or GED and 8 years’ experience in audit, gaming regulatory compliance, and risk management. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid driver’s. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
