Main job function
Oversees the identification and execution of compliance and corporate governance processes, procedures, and policies to reduce risk. Advocates for the company’s ethical business practices, while ensuring compliance with standards across multiple brands, and applying innovative problem-solving strategies to these. Effectively manages insurance claims to protect the company’s interest. Facilitates the ability to comply across business units, enabling management to focus on service priorities. Fulfils all required Human Resource functions and assumes responsibility for own personal development.Qualifications
B.Com Law, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification. Completed articles
Criteria
Qualified and admitted attorney. 5 years of experience post-articles in a corporate environment 5 years Compliance related experience in the management, implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks. Insurance claims processing and disputes Contract drafting and management
