WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Job Summary A Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and licensure by conducting campus reviews, addressing compliance risks, and supporting corrective actions. It involves maintaining pharmacy licenses, monitoring regulatory updates, delivering compliance training, and developing educational resources. The role also analyzes compliance data, identifies trends, and presents performance reports with recommendations to leadership. Roles and Responsibilities • Conducts regular compliance rounding at campuses to review adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of conduct. • Engages with campus staff to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on corrective actions. • Supports campus leadership in implementing corrective action plans and monitoring progress. • Assists with the maintenance of an up-to-date database of pharmacy licenses, including expiration dates and renewal requirements. • Ensures timely renewal and compliance with state and federal licensing requirements for all pharmacy-related activities. • Collaborates with the pharmacy team to address any issues related to licensure and regulatory compliance. • Monitors changes in licensure requirements and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. • Assists in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training materials. • Conducts compliance monitoring to assess compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Identifies gaps in documentation, or potential areas of non-compliance, and suggests resolutions. • Delivers compliance training to campus and pharmacy staff focusing on risk areas identified during compliance rounding. • Develops resources to educate staff on compliance topics, including HIPAA, resident rights, and fraud prevention. • Analyzes compliance-related data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. • Creates and presents reports to leadership highlighting compliance performance and recommendations. • Analyzes regulatory updates and implement necessary changes within the organization. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor Degree Experience: 1-3 years Licenses and Certifications None required Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
