Job Title - DMAS Compliance Analyst
Years of Experience: 5 or more years
Job Description:
• As team member, under supervision of senior staff, may participate in developing content and schedules for training / awareness; assist with updating systems security plans, sensitive system risk assessments and data classification efforts, and will assist in pulling sampling data for auditors as requested.
• As directed by Manager, will assist business unit-level groups with business impact analysis, definition of critical, time-sensitive functions, design, development, and documentation of business-unit level continuity plans and recovery strategies and options.
• Work with Office of Compliance and Security (OCS) Information Security Officer (ISO) as directed, assisting with
a. Account management functions,
b. group/shared mailbox management of over 190 group/shared mailboxes, including assigning and removing rights for generic/shared mailboxes, and distribution lists, shared calendars, conference room calendar management ,
c. Assist with management of secure token assignment and distribution.
d. Assist with user access issues, (e.g., ADAPT, or SPIDeR), other planned access.
• Additional responsibilities in this position at DMAS will include the following work:
a. Regularly update the existing DMAS Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan and provide support to include assisting unit-level groups to identify opportunities to refine business processes to mitigate exposure during disruptions of service, and improve day-to-day operations, and
b. Assist in identifying and implementing reasonable and appropriate safeguards for Protected Health Information (PHI) and work with OCS team members in general as needed, and .
c. Attend and participate in Security Advisory Committee (SAC), and
d. Other duties as assigned.
