Compliance Analyst

ADP is hiring a Compliance Analyst 

  ADP has a long, proud history of conducting business with the highest ethical standards and full compliance with all applicable laws.  In this context, ADP has dedicated Compliance team to oversee and support ADP business to comply with all aspects of data privacy laws and regulations that apply to its business operations.    In this role, you will be part of the Compliance team and will be supporting the team’s efforts to help protecting ADP’s business and clients against compliance risks by assessing the risk inherent to the use by ADP of third-party payroll providers, analyzing compliance data, enhancing business processes, and ensuring alignment with the highest compliance standards, under the supervision of the Compliance Director.    WHAT YOU'LL DO:    What you can expect on a typical day:    - You will perform compliance impact assessments on our third-party payroll providers and regularly interact with them to ensure they meet their regulatory requirements and comply with ADP policies.   - You will conduct detailed data analyses to identify gaps, KPIs, improvement areas, and potential risks.    - You will assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and will assist in implementing process changes.    - You will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are aligned with ADP objectives and compliance requirements.   - You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to further enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.   - You will monitor the data retention process to ensure it is aligned with data protection and ADP privacy policy.    - You will also assist with special / ad hoc compliance related tasks, as required.   TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:   - You have a bachelor's degree in legal, finance, accounting, business administration or a related field and between 1-2 years of proven experience as a compliance analyst.    You are familiar with data analytics and process improvement strategies. You are proficient in data analysis software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.  You are fluent in English (oral and written).   In addition:    - You have an analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential compliance risks. We need someone able to understand problems, identify cause-and-effect relationships and potential solutions.   - You have a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analytics. We are looking for someone who is able to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, inconsistencies and discrepancies and draw meaningful conclusions that inform decision-making.   - You have strong administrative and organizational skills as we are looking for someone who: Has a methodical approach, ensuring that no task is left incomplete, or instructions misunderstood. Has effective organization and time management skills.   Has the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.  - You have experience in working in a multinational environment involving multiple stakeholders.
