What You'll Do

ファイナンスチームに所属し、BCGのリスク管理とコンプライアンス文化を推進するための重要な役割を担って頂きます。社内のインサイダートレーディングポリシー、データプライバシーポリシー、利益相反防止ポリシー等の主要ポリシーを遵守させ、BCG社員のリスク、コンプライアンス関連の相談窓口として、会社全体を正しい方向に導きます。 

【業務内容】

・社内のコンプライアンス・プログラムの策定・実行・支援 

・社内外の規制要件に対応するプロセスの整備・管理 

・内部監査対応 

・社員からの問い合わせ窓口 

・クライアント企業からのベンダーマネジメントルール・チェックリクエストへの対応 

・BCGグローバルのポリシー（インサイダートレーディング、データプライバシー、利益相反防止など）や新しいキャンペーンの日本における導入・実行支援 

・主要分野での社員へのアドバイス、社員に向けたコンプライアンス研修の企画・実施 

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

・上場企業または非上場200名以上の規模の会社におけるリスク管理、インシデント管理、コンプライアンス業務のいずれかの経験5年以上 

・グローバル企業、法律事務所、コンサルティングファーム、大手会計事務所等のプロフェッショナルファーム経験あれば尚可 

・ビジネスレベルの英語力   ※TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上を目安

・曖昧な状況や環境の変化に対して、柔軟に対応・適応する力、学習する力・意欲

・BCGのビジネス、企業風土、成長戦略等を理解し、自己及びチームの役割に落とし込む力
